February was all about international trade fair highlights at backaldrin. Two important industry events offered the perfect platform to present the latest baking innovations to a global audience.

Gulfood 2025  – Meeting point for the global food industry

From 17 to 21 February, Dubai was transformed into the centre of the international food and beverage industry. Gulfood 2025 attracted over 100,000 trade visitors from 180 countries. With more than 5,500 exhibitors, it offered unique insight into the latest trends and technologies. #backaldrin was there with Export Master Baker Guenter Koxeder, among others. With our proven baking expertise, we presented a wide range of innovative products. The great interest in our exhibition stand once again showed how high the demand is for high-quality baking ingredients and tailor-made solutions. In personal discussions, existing partnerships were deepened, and new contacts were made with interested parties from all over the world.

 

Expo Sweet 2025  – The fine art of baking in Warsaw

Parallel to Gulfood, Expo Sweet 2025 in Warsaw generated much enthusiasm in the international confectionery and bakery sector. Numerous exhibitors from many countries presented themselves to a specialist audience who were looking for the latest creations and inspiration. The Polish #backaldrin team received active support from Export Master Baker Hermann Lang and impressed with innovative products that were met with great interest. Expo Sweet once again underlined its relevance as one of the most important platforms for the confectionery industry in Europe.
