From rustic flatbreads or twisted baguettes to smaller, crispy Krustis, Pane Scuro impresses with soft and fluffy, high-volume doughs that are perfect for overnight cold storage – without the need for baking tins or proofing baskets. The high proportion of oat flour provides valuable fibre and protein, while the special composition ensures excellent freshness. These exceptional breads are also characterised by an aromatic, crispy crust and very juicy, loose crumb with open pores.
